Professor at Łazarski University, director of the Center for Blockchain Technology; leader of the government "Blockchain and Cryptocurrencies" stream, advisor to Ministers of Science and Digitalization. UCL and National University of Singapore fellow. In the company oversees BTC accumulation policy and positioning vs global monetary policy.

President of CFA Society Poland — the highest authority of the CFA community in Poland. Head of the Department of Financial Investments and Risk Management at WUE in Wrocław, member of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Council, chairman of the Committee of Financial Sciences at the Polish Academy of Sciences. Over 470 academic publications, lectures incl. at Stanford. Responsible for risk management standards and oversight of portfolio exposure at institutional level.

Attorney-at-law, habilitated doctor of law — one of the leading experts on capital-market and crypto-asset law in Poland. Professor at Kozminski University, head of the Department of Commercial Law and Capital Markets at ALK. Working with cryptocurrencies since 2012; from 2018–2022 President of the Arbitration Court at the Blockchain Chamber of Commerce. Responsible for company compliance with MiCA, KNF requirements and capital-market law.

Licensed securities broker with 15+ years of experience in institutional sales (Pekao CDM, KBC Securities, DM Banku BPS). Served Morgan Stanley, Merrill Lynch and CLSA; as Vice President of DM BPS managed a 50-person sales, research and corporate finance team. Former Head of EE at WhiteBIT, CEO of PrimeQ, currently Global Head of Stablecoins at Stabillon. Advises on purchase execution and market making.

Pioneer of the Polish Bitcoin ecosystem. Founder and President of the Polish Bitcoin Association (since 2013), advisor to the Ministry of Digitalization on blockchain (2016–2019), Vice President of the Blockchain and New Technologies Chamber of Commerce (2018–2025). The only Pole interviewed for the printed edition of "Bitcoin Magazine"; producer of Bi-Fury (Bitcoin USB ASIC miner). In the company he is responsible for the technological and ecosystem dimension of the project.
